To access the biblical texts and cycles go to the menus, scroll down, and double-click on the book/cycle you want. A menu will pop up mouse over the chapter for the various options (including commentary), and double click.
For Hebrew Users: If you want to access the Hebrew files in word format instead of PDF (the default file type) simply substitute a .doc filename for the .pdf.
